Processing time for items advertised in the shop is 3 working days plus delivery time (all items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class signed for).
Bespoke orders will vary depending on the specification and will be agreed prior to commencement.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will not responsible for delays due to customs.
WixStores eCommerce ensures your payments remain secure. Payments can be made by PayPal, or most credit cards. Our shop never receives your credit card information.

We don't accept cancellations.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
